How to Find Escapism Chester

Whether it be by car, bus, train or foot the first task in escaping the room is finding the building in the first place!

We are a member of Green Tourism and currently have a bronze award so recommend public transport where people can but here are a few details on different means of transport to reach us!

CAR

We advise not using the postcode as some sat navs/google maps may not bring you to the correct place. Please enter ‘Escapism Chester’ into Google Maps and follow the directions from there.

CAR PARKING

Parking is available directly below our unit. The car park is accessed via Delamere Street. Once you see the Tesco Metro on the left the entrance is just after the pharmacy on the right. Once parked take the George Street exit and make your way to the ground floor via the lift/stairs. Exit the building and turn left and you’re at Escapism Chester.

Please note, during busy periods the car park may be full so please leave additional time to find alternative parking which can either be found at Garden Lane Car Park CH1 4EN or Canal Street CH1 4EJ which are further away from our location.

BUS

The bus station is approximately a 3 minute walk straight up George Street. Keep the bus station on your right then walk up the road taking care when crossing. We are at the bottom of the apartments on the right.

TRAIN

The train station is approximately a 14 minute walk away. After coming out of the station please turn right then left at the small roundabout. Follow this road straight until you reach another large roundabout, take care when crossing and head straight over. You will see the bus station on your right, head this way and straight up George Street.
